(F,S,S) or (S,S,M) Unit Specific Information 8 EAST - MedSurg (Stepdown & Floor) 8 WEST - Stepdown/Floor 8 NE - Stepdown 6E - Long term antibiotic infusion unit 7 EAST - Trauma & General Surgery Inpatient Unit 7 WEST (Stepdown & Floor) 7NE - Ortho Neuro 10 EAST (Neuro Stepdown & EMU - Epilepsy Monitoring Unit) 10 WEST/6 WEST - Neuro 9 EAST - Surgical Oncology/MedSurg (Stepdown & Floor) 9 WEST/TCTU - Medical Oncology/Stepdown Additional Details Can only submit to 1 position at a time across the entire WVU system Driver's license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility Previous permanent candidates must have been gone for 2 years Previous travelers there for one full year must be gone for 2 years Royal Blue Scrubs required Ratios are 1:3 for Stepdown & 1:6 for Medsurg/Tele Individual unit requirements listed in pulse apply
