No call requirements. 2 weekends/month. Holidays eligible to work: any while on contract Requirements: 1-3 years related work experience Cardiac surgery and cardiac transplant surgery: Open vascular/ endovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, thoracic robotics & general surgery Skills: Scrub general surgery, robotics, transplants, ortho, neuro, spine, ENT (primarily head & neck); GYN, Urology; trauma AHA BLS NBSTSA National Certification Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise preferred Other Details: If candidate worked a surg tech prior to 7/1/2012, no cert is required or formal education required.
