Top sights in Eastern North Carolina to see include the Biltmore, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and the North Carolina Zoo This 25-bed Critical Access Hospital features a 9-bed Emergency Department with 16,000 annual visits. The facility is Acute Stroke Ready, Joint Commission accredited, and offers support services including general surgery, orthopedic surgery, and ICU-level care. Providers see an average of 21 patients daily, with 2.1 daytime admissions and 1 nighttime admission. Air and ground transfer support is available, and the EMR system used is EPIC. IM and FM physicians with emergency experience are welcome, with BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications required.
