PA License Required Any certifications required besides board certification in Specialty? No Description of required duties: · Outpatient: Perform clinic encounters for infusions follow-ups and consults – average number of patients per clinician varies 5-10 · Procedures required: Lumbar Puncture administration of IT chemo bone marrow aspirates and biopsies · Schedule: weekdays clinic is open M-F 8a – 5p · Call: No Supporting staff: 5 nurses 2 social workers and 1 child life embedded in the clinic – clinic also includes infusion chairs/beds Location Hazleton Schuylkill Pocono Lehigh: Lehigh Physical Address: 1210 S Cedar Crest Blvd Allentown PA 18101 Assignment Length: 6-12 months Credentialing requirement: board certified or board eligible in pediatric hematology-oncology The Credentialing process takes up to 90 days from submission for candidates with an active PA license.
