The typical project size ranges from $3 million to $10 million, but the company is also open to smaller projects and can handle bids exceeding $150 million. About the Position: The need for finding a skilled Scheduler with experience working for a contractor with underground wet utilities is paramount. Currently, the company has over $100 million in backlog that has yet to scheduled. The company would normally break ground on multiple projects simultaneously, however, without the right Scheduler in place, the company is limited in their ability to move at full-steam. The Scheduler needs to have 10 years of experience working on heavy civil Water Transmission Mains, Water Distribution Systems, Gravity Sewer Lines & Interceptors, Sewer Force Mains, Storm Drain Pipelines, Pipeline Removals & Replacements, Dry Utilities, DOT Projects. Familiarity with California regulations and practices is a plus. The success of this candidate will be greatly recognized and rewarded by way of substantial bonuses (up to 20% for individual performance) and annual raises combined with increased responsibility and advancement potential into a Director position.
