Certification Details BLS ACLS (required for CVOR, confirmed per facility details) State Licensure (as per requirement, specifics not provided) Job Requirements MUST START BETWEEN NOV 11 - DEC 11 8 Week Assignment Must work 48 hours per week NO HOLIDAY RTO - Must be willing to work the Holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day 13 week contract Primary Unit: CVOR Float: Main OR for primarily Ortho & General cases On-Call Requirement: on-call 24 hours SAT/SUN (one weekend per month), on-call 8 hour shift 2 weekdays either 3-11 or 11-7 2.5 Years of OR experience required Circulate required; Scrub is preferred Types of Cases/Experience Required: Valve replacement, coronary artery bypass, TAVR, Dissection, transplant, VATs Main OR: Strong experience in General and Ortho, Standard cardiac (Cabg, AVR, MVR), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, Heart transplant, Lung transplant, VATs, VADs Transplant experience (at least heart transplant) required, Standard Endovascular (TCAR, TEVAR, fistulogram) Endovascular, vascular experience (i.e. Endovascular AAA, carotid endarterectomy, arteriogram, angiogram, trans carotid artery revascularization (TCAR), AV fistula, Fem,-Pop bypass) required.
