Certification Details Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Required for: All ER, Peds ER, Tele, MS/Tele, Stepdown/Tele, ICU, CVICU, SICU, PACU, Cath Lab Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required for all candidates except: Phlebotomists, Med Techs, Dietitians Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Required for Peds, ER and RRTs going to Le Bonheur Childrens Hospital State License (TN or compact) Required within certain timeframes: Electronic Fetal Monitoring, Tech Cert Verification, State License 1 Verification NIH Stroke Certification - Required for all RNs at Methodist Healthcare with the exception of Le Bonheur Children's Hospital Job Details Must have at least 2 yrs ER exp with travel or 3 yrs ER exp without travel. Large hospital & Level 1 trauma exp. Job Requirements Must have TN or compact license Must live at least 100 miles from facility Additional Details I9 and other accounting documents required E-verify or Attestation for APN is necessary Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam and other competencies must be up-to-date A Physical Exam attesting to physical health is required Facility Specific Documents, including scrubs color code and photo badge guidelines, must be adhered to Various Health Documents including Negative TB or Chest X-Ray, Documentation for Vaccinations like Flu, and Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap are required Background Check and various types of verification (EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG) necessary
