Certification Details AWHONN Intermediate BLS NRP State License 1 Verification Job Details Travel/Contract position for a Registered Nurse specialized in NICU (Level II Special Care Nursery) with a minimum of 2 years experience required. Unit does not accept first time travelers. A high level of expertise in labor and delivery care, postpartum care, management of 3 couplet assignment (total of 6 patients) is required. Candidate must manage labor patients including high acuity conditions like hypertension and insulin-dependent diabetics. Orientation provided for 72 hours. The unit uses Omnicell, Cerner, Powerchart, and Powerchart Maternity systems. Job Requirements Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years experience required in labor and delivery, postpartum care.
