This is a highly strategic and visible role, where you'll have the chance to create a significant impact on the future of generative AI at Adobe. Key Responsibilities Craft and develop image and video pipelines to deliver high-quality results across Adobe's suite of creative applications. Collaborate within a fast-paced machine learning team, ensuring effective communication and clear decision-making. Define and implement generative image and video quality validation protocols and automation frameworks, ensuring performance and reliability. Develop test plans for new and existing features, report bugs, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Stay current with trends in generative AI, particularly image and video quality advancements. Troubleshoot image quality issues, developing solutions to maintain the highest standards. Work closely with Product Managers and Application teams to share issues, regressions and updates on a timely basis Advocate for customer needs throughout the development process. What You'll Need Master's degree or equivalent experience in Imaging or Color Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++. Strong background in image processing and computer vision; experience with software like OpenCV preferred. Strong dedication to quality, with meticulous attention to detail. Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and practices. Great teammate with excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating across various locations. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,200 $250,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
