Candidate must be currently cleared for TS/SCI access Job Title: Analytic Modernization Specialist | Location: Springfield, VA & St. Louis, MO Requisition Overview: Our client is currently searching for a seasoned Analytic Modernization Specialist to provide direct intelligence support to our government customer. The successful candidate will work as a member of a government-contractor team providing services within the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency in support of GEOINT analysis with knowledge of data modeling, methodologies, and processing techniques. Required Experience and Education: Junior 2 years of experience Bachelor's degree in related field • Knowledge of advanced analytic methodologies, and experience in implementing and executing methodologies to enable customer satisfaction • Capable of combining analytics, tools, and visualizations to enable expedited data-driven analysis • Demonstrated experience in data mining and developing/maintaining/manipulating databases to modernize analytical processes and methodologies • Demonstrated experience using COTS or GOTS software (e.g. JEMA, brewlytics, or Arc Model Builder) for advanced analysis, which enables large datasets to be interrogated and allows for patterns, relationships, and anticipatory behavioral likelihoods that may not be apparent using traditional single discipline means • Conduct GEOINT/SIGINT analysis against issues in mission areas, using various methodologies and Spatio-temporal data derived from various data sources. Use understanding of tradecraft techniques and technology, spatial thinking, intelligence issues, and the social and physical sciences to create information, characterize events, and discover relationships and trends in support of national security. • Conduct multi-INT research to support analysis conducted against mission-specific issues. • Demonstrated experience in directing activities of highly skilled technical and analytical teams responsible for developing solutions to highly complex analytical/intelligence problems. • Experience automating processing utilizing scripting languages such as but not limited to R, Python, JAVA, SQL, and HTML. • Experience building and maintaining databases of GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT data related to the area of interest needs. • Extract and acquire information, derivative information, and multi-INT data for analysis, visualization, and modeling to address mission-specific intelligence issues • Produce descriptive and/or predictive analyses and communicate findings, as written, visual, and/or oral intelligence • Produce non-standard and/or informal products, which require little to no editing, including, but not limited to graphics, infographics, maps, and briefings tailored to mission-specific issues • Provide timely, relevant, accurate GEOINT analysis of military, regime, and humanitarian issues related to countries and issues in mission areas to policymakers, allied organizations, military, and the IC • Demonstrated experience in identifying systems enhancements, new capabilities, concept demonstrators, and capability business cases. • Publish formal written products, which require little to no editing
