Job Summary The Digital Marketing Manager is a dynamic and creative role, responsible for elevating our brand's digital presence across social media and digital touchpoints. This position plays a key role in driving engagement and participation within our operations by curating compelling content, ensuring brand consistency, and fostering meaningful guest interactions on social media. Additionally, the role partners with operators to optimize the customer journey through the mobile app, aiming to boost user adoption and increase sales. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the guest experience, drive marketplace participation, and provide comprehensive support to field teams. The ideal candidate will be based in one of the following key areas: New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ or Jacksonville, FL. This role requires onsite presence three days per week, with a travel commitment of 25-35%. Objectives: Develop, implement and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising tactics through digital platforms. Enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to dining website and enhance marketplace participation. Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content. Work with a team of marketers and other stakeholders to maintain client dining program's digital presence. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Lead client social media strategy, overseeing 25 accounts with direct management and support. Responsibilities: Direct oversight and management of 15-25 Instagram accounts, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and voice. Develop, implement and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising tactics through digital platforms. Support cafes with content creation, including providing guidance on photography, copy, and storytelling to enhance guest engagement. Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content. Monitor and ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all social media content. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Provide training and resources to cafe operators on brand compliance and effective digital marketing practices. Work with a team of marketers and other stakeholders to maintain Compass One's digital presence. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. Develop and monitor campaign budgets. Collect and analyze mobile app data to identify trends, friction points and recommend innovative service focused strategies to facilitate optimal app experience, increasing guest satisfaction and boosting sales. Work closely with marketing, design, culinary and operations teams to ensure alignment across all digital and social touchpoints. Act as a liaison between operators and leadership teams to streamline digital initiatives and campaigns. Create and conduct trainings on additional tech-focused equipment in the business. Support with openings, refreshes and special projects as needed. Qualifications: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in social media management and/or digital marketing Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics Social media savvy, with a passion for lightweight content creation and staying on top of trends Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other marketing teams and present to large groups In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends Strong project management and managerial skills Knowledge of merchandising and promotions in a corporate setting Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Experience in mobile app marketing and customer journey optimization is a plus.
