Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 01/27/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings Employment Type: Local Contract Required Education: -Completion of a Surgical Technologist Education Program. OR -Three (3) years of Surgical Technologist experience within the past five (5) years. Preferred Education: -N/A Required Certifications & Licensure: -BLS (American Heart Assoc.) Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA OR Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) through NCCT. Schedule Notes: Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Wed-Fri 12 hrs 6:15AM-6:45PM; Call every 5th-6th weekend, overnight call the week after weekend call. 1st call approx. one a week or every other week.
