Summit Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a travel job in Spokane, Washington. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Mammography Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/16/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel M- F 0800 - 1630 Minimum experience: 2 years Required Licensure and Certifications: Meets MQSA requirements, ARRT (RT)(M), BLS, WA State license Will you accept a first-time traveler? No Patient Types: Variety of diagnostic radiology and all breast imaging procedures, ambulatory center. Screenings. Biopsies/procedures experience preferred. Skills required: Competency in stereotactic biopsies, Proficiency in mammography positioning, technical settings, and equipment use, Skilled in producing quality diagnostic studies, data entry on history sheets, and delivering quality patient care, Ability to work effectively with all age groups, adapting to each groups specific needs related to radiology exams Technology/Equipment: Epic, Change Healthcare PACS, Digital and Tomo mammography, previous experience with Hologic Selenia Dimensions preferred Floating: Rockwood Primary Care Clinic (Spokane Valley, WA) 25 minutes apart Weekend rotation: Occasional Saturday (rotation among all mammography techs) On call? none Scrub Color: Any color scrubs About Summit Medical Staffing Allied Summit Medical Staffing was founded in 2014 and is based in Fremont, Nebraska.
