Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (if the telemetry floor requires it, otherwise exclude it) NIH Stroke Certification (only include if the facility specializes in stroke care) Job Details Position is on a busy neuro/surgical telemetry floor. 1 yr exp req, travel pref, Locals are accepted at same rate Job Requirements Epic experience within the last 12 months required- this must be detailed on the submission profile. Additional Details Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
