Heavy Civil Project Manager If you are a Heavy Civil Project Engineer looking to jump to Project Manager, or a seasoned Project Manager ready to immediately take over a project, WE NEED YOU This position requires 3 years of Project Manager or Project Engineer experience in a self-perform environment and expertise in mass excavation, underground, paving, highway, water/wastewater, and/or structures projects. The ideal Project Manager will be familiar with alternative delivery methods and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. You will manage a team of Project Manager’s, Project Engineer’s and associated field management as well as subcontractors and the owner/representatives. The Construction Project Manager position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to: Pre-construction, project set-up, cost control, scheduling, full P&L responsibility, risk analysis, safety, and complete project oversight. Must be able to travel. (Per diem Travelling expenses paid) Background Profile 5 years’ experience in Heavy Highway / Heavy Civil construction BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience Proven experience in managing projects from cradle to grave Experience in managing self-perform forces in mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, water/wastewater and/or structures Exposure to DOT Construction Management is a plus Experience with CPM scheduling in Primavera P6 a plus Project Engineers with 3 years of experience welcome to apply
