Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Partner with at least one year of experience in aviation, you will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates who align with our company’s values and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various aviation-related positions, including pilots, engineers, technicians, and administrative roles. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify and engage with potential candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and provide guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and market trends. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles within the organization, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive experience and are set up for success. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in aviation recruitment to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge. Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources, to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including employment laws and company policies. Qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on the aviation industry preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Strong understanding of aviation industry roles and requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Problem-Solving: Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism: High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
