Built on a foundation of trusted partnerships, Scientific Games combines relentless innovation, legendary performance, and unwavering security to responsibly propel the global lottery industry ever forward.Position SummaryCritical point of contact for all internal customers, including Director Customer Relations, legal, audit, programming, creative services, pre-manufacturing, production control, scheduling, finishing and shipping, etc.Uses best practices to efficiently and effectively manage and prioritize the process flow of games for clients from approved prize structure and conceptual art through Game Specification development, manufacturing and delivery.Develops Game Specifications and coordinates the components critical to the development process including: fonts, layouts, parameters, prize structure crosscheck, ticket samples, audit review, pricing, Profiles, etc.Investigates and recommends resolution for game-related issues during the manufacturing phases.Ensures all legal requirements are secured including trademark searches and third party contracts.Develops state lottery rules and regulations for assigned games if required.Maintains and updates Client profiles, internal Game Specification document, Master ticket backs, Master font and layout tables and packaging diagrams.Work in an office or an at home environmentHigh pressure position with tight deadlines, requiring maintaining sense of urgency without compromising qualityPotential for extended work hours to meet deadline requirementsNominal travel if anyQualificationsEducationBachelors degree in related field.Position Requirements/Qualifications:Keen eye for detailExcellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to multi-task and drive project through to completionAbility to exercise critical thinking and independent judgmentExcellent problem-solving capabilities with ability to conceive and recommend actionable process/procedure changesPositive "can do" attitude and team environment work ethicAbility to work with SG internal systemsProficient with Adobe, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OutlookSelf-starter and able to work well independently or in a group; ability to work with minimal supervisionMinimum 2 years printing, sales, marketing, auditing or customer service experienceWork ConditionsScientific Games, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "SG") are engaged in highly regulated gaming and lottery businesses.
