The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, management, planning, and advocacy for all off-campus instructional sites. This role involves ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies, as well as collaborating with various college offices to enhance enrollment and dual credit offerings. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering relationships with municipal partners to meet the educational needs of the community. Applicants must have a Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a director-level role, with a focus on leading college-wide or off-campus programs. The position requires a strong background in supporting faculty and academic programs, as well as supervisory experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with SACSCOC accreditation standards and a background in community college education. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of modern educational technologies, strategic planning, and resource management, and will be adept at using data to inform decision-making. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
