Role: Excel/ Data Metrics Support Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week) Position type: 12 months with high possibility of extension/Conversion as FTE Job Description In this role, you will gain a detailed understanding of client's execution approach associated with delivering on Client's regulatory commitments. You will work with senior stakeholders and leaders in charge of these efforts and support not only the vision for reporting progress, but also key strategic initiatives for the firm. The ideal candidate is very comfortable with large amounts of data, merging and reconciling data sets from various systems, creating a story of progress, or highlighting areas requiring more attention and focus. You will work with platform teams to develop automated reporting and analysis solutions to enable you and the broader team to shift focus to analytical activities. Key Responsibilities: • Become a Subject Matter Expert with various data sets associated with regulatory remediation plans. • Support analysis of data primarily in Excel and PowerPoint to develop various reporting views to communicate progress, achievements, issues, narrative, and provide key insight to execution and business partners. • Own the day-to-day development and execution of bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies. • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of metrics that are generated. Support ad hoc requests on additional details associated to metrics. Qualifications: • Expert in Excel and data manipulations. Proficient in PowerPoint. • Expert is metric automation including use of macros (where appropriate) and strategic reporting platforms (tableau) • Expert in working with multiple data sources and transforming into meaningful insights. • Expert in working with senior stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and bringing those requirements to life. • Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive, able to navigate a complex organization and function effectively through ambiguity. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate complex work efforts across multiple groups and lines of business. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of seniority.
