If you’re looking to grow your career in a fast-paced and creative environment, this is the perfect opportunity Key Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a publicity firm or in-house press office Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Strong knowledge of key influencers, media outlets, and trends across fashion, beauty and hospitality Meticulous attention to detail and excellent presentation skills Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative Able to thrive under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude Deep understanding of the fashion, entertainment, and luxury sectors Proficient in social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Fluency in multiple languages (Italian, French, Chinese, Spanish) is a plus Responsibilities: Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media, talents and industry contacts Lead traditional and creative editorial outreach, including media campaigns and press releases Support senior team with event planning and execution Conduct research to support client initiatives and strategies Prepare detailed client reports, action plans, and strategic recommendations Oversee and mentor agency's junior team
