We are seeking a creative and strategic [Marketing & Communications Specialist] to join our team and help amplify our brand and drive engagement within the healthcare and investment sectors. Position Overview The Marketing & Communications Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing and PR strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage target audiences, and support business development goals. This role will involve content creation, event marketing, media relations, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a versatile communicator with strong writing and organizational skills, and a flair for producing compelling visual and written content. Responsibilities · Develop and implement multi-channel marketing and PR campaigns to support business growth and client engagement · Create and manage content for digital platforms, including website, email marketing, social media, and newsletters · Draft and edit press releases, white papers, case studies, presentations, and other client-facing materials · Collaborate with internal teams to craft brand-aligned messaging for product launches, service updates, and events · Coordinate with external PR agencies and media outlets to ensure effective media coverage and positive brand positioning · Design digital and print graphics for use in marketing campaigns, the company website, conferences, and client events · Manage and grow social media presence, engaging with followers and expanding our reach in healthcare finance and investment · Support SEO strategy by creating optimized web content and tracking performance metrics · Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms and communication channels Preferred Skills · Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content · Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media scheduling platforms) · Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines · Basic knowledge of healthcare and/or finance industries is a plus · Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) · Ability to analyze marketing data and make recommendations for future campaigns Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field · 3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications, preferably in healthcare, finance, or professional services · Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners · Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing campaigns · Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred Why Join Us? · Work alongside industry experts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment · Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth of leading healthcare companies · Competitive salary, benefits, and professional development opportunities
