Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling and storage of goods. Manage and schedule warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety. Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and maintained, with regular stock audits and updates. Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods for incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain warehouse equipment and schedule regular maintenance to ensure operational readiness. Ensure all items are safely stored, labeled, and organized to prevent damage and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely distribution and shipment of goods. Monitor warehouse safety practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Analyze workflow and processes, recommending improvements to maximize productivity and reduce costs. Requirements: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the moving and relocation industry. Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices, inventory control, and logistics. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in staff training and development. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and perform light maintenance as needed. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
