We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager to join the team in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment. The ideal candidate will be hands on in leading a team of 8 contract coordinators to load the data and execute many different prices and contracts for customers and vendors. This position plays a critical role in loading and converting the data into various systems. The Pricing Operations Manager will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Pricing and work closely with the Sales team, Merchandizing, and Customers on implementation and maintenance of pricing contracts. The Pricing Operations Manager will also be instrumental in driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with pricing policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: Pricing Strategy & Analysis: Implement competitive market pricing and cost structures with a team implementing the data into the system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, procurement) to ensure pricing accuracy, consistency, and alignment with overall business objectives. Maintain and update pricing models, evaluate profitability margins, and conduct pricing scenario analysis to inform decision-making. Team Management and Operational Performance: Lead the pricing operations team, provide training, and support to ensure high performance and continuous professional development. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment. Oversee and manage daily operational data and KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain efficiency. Work closely with the operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and enhanced productivity. Technical Analysis & Process Improvement: Leverage technical expertise to evaluate and streamline systems and processes (ERP, WMS, CRM, etc.) to improve workflow and enhance operational scalability. Work with IT teams to implement system enhancements that drive efficiency and accuracy in pricing. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align pricing models with customer needs and market conditions. Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management in alignment with distribution goals. Support senior management in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the distribution network. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operations management or pricing analysis in a high-volume distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Strong technical proficiency in data analysis, pricing strategies, and distribution processes. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction initiatives. Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and at all organizational levels. Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management best practices.
