Trueline's client, a dynamic law firm with offices in Arizona, Nevada, California, Washington, and Oregon is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Portland, Oregon. What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and during negotiations Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation tactics Assist in the development of legal strategies for various cases across different practice areas Handle civil litigation matters and manage cases independently Work both independently and as part of a team on complex legal issues You'll Succeed as the Associate Attorney if you Have: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the State Bar of Arizona Strong legal research skills with proficiency using legal databases and resources Excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely Ability to litigate cases effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The firm has openings available for both experienced and newly barred attorneys.
