Account manager

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with manufacturing experience for a reputable company in the Windsor, CT area. This role is paying 60-65k base with up to 20% bonus. The ideal candidate will assist with the sales cycle, presenting product lines, quoting, communication with customer orders, troubleshooting on product, and hold technical experience. If qualified and interested, please apply directly for immediate consideration. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Obtains orders by inbound phone calls and email, order entry, transferring orders, explaining stock-outs and delivery dates. Report customer feedback to management. Work with Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Increases orders by suggesting related items, up-selling, explaining features and checking customer's buying history. Prepares, generates and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders. Assists Sales team members in managing open quotes. Maintains ERP backorder report. Updates the CRM data base with prospecting information. Communicates to the Purchasing department as needed.
