This company has been providing roofing services to homes and businesses across Arizona since 2010. Whether you need a new roof, repairs, or routine maintenance, they have you covered. Job Summary: As an Outside Sales Representative you will play a vital role in our growth and success by spearheading efforts to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This pivotal role requires a thorough understanding of the Track Selling System. It entails reaching or surpassing sales volume targets, closing sales from generated leads, nurturing new business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This involves diligently following up on marketing leads, providing prospective customers with precise quotes, effectively promoting our roofing services, identifying self-generated sales leads, and collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution. Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Actions: Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate, detailed quotes to homeowners as potential clients. Using persuasive abilities and selling skills and convert quotes into committed sales contracts Create self-generated sales leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our target market area. Key Performance Indicators: Number of sales contracts closed Number of open quotes Conversion rate of leads followed up on, resulting in closed sales contracts Customer Relationship Management: Actions: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Communicate effectively with homeowners and business owners as prospects to understand their roofing needs. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Ask for reviews and customer referrals Key Performance Indicators: 1. Number of customer referrals 2. Number of customer reviews given Market Research: Actions: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Provide feedback on market changes and customer needs. Key Performance Indicators: Reported follow-up on lost sales feedback Reported feedback on competitor actions and promotions Collaborations: Actions: Work closely with the operations team for project handover. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance. Attend and engage weekly sales meeting. Attend other company meetings as required. Key Performance Indicators: Reported problems solved that improve efficiency. Reported field feedback for changes to improve customer satisfaction. Administrative Duties Actions Actively engage with the CRM daily, creating accurate data and entry timing. Use CRM reports and data to enhance productivity and organization Key Performance Indicators Number of files engaged with Number of reports used per month Continuous Improvement: Actions: Attend available training for skill and knowledge development where available. Collaborate with colleagues to build team knowledge and culture. Key Performance Indicators: Reported training and learning opportunities Reported team-building activities for training and culture-building Benefits Package Health Insurance : Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, after 90 days.
