Background: In September 2024, Blink Advertising acquired Ethic Advertising. The agency's goal is to build the most desirable, positive and employee centric culture in the market. Job Description: Manages client projects from initiation through execution, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Required to have an understanding of marketing, media, web and creative. Must be the champion for the success and progress of agency clients while collaborating with the the entire agency team. Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day client communication, serving as the primary contact. - Oversee the development and execution of marketing and advertising projects and campaigns. - Participate in the overall media strategy, budgeting and collaboration with the client and media department to produce desired results. - Ability to develop project estimates and SOWs by working with creative teams and external suppliers to develop accurate cost estimates. - Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained before submitting estimates to clients. - Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed. - Ensure project milestones are established and measurable. - Present project updates and deliverables to clients. - Assist in creative kickoffs, brand immersions, client meetings, project post mortems, etc. - Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop client proposals. - Develop comprehensive and strategic creative briefs for client approval and internal team execution. - Assist in the review and preparation of RFP opportunities and responses. - Lead client meetings to define marketing goals and objectives. - Manage account financials, including forecasting and budget management to ensure agency profitability. Resolve billing disputes and assist with client collections as necessary. - Identify and track success metrics and program performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and to integrate into future initiatives. - Manage all administrative duties including: status reports, project documentation, client billing, and internal job management- including development/ publishing of conference reports. - Possess a solid understanding of advertising, digital, and media industry trends/ developments and use this knowledge to present business building ideas for our clients and our agency. - When possible, represent Blink at industry events and trade shows to identify prospective clients and employees while displaying a professional manner and appearance. - Ensure orderly and timely completion of project work. - Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute meeting recaps. - Coordinate internal team communications and maintain project timelines. - Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Complete tasks as necessary to support our agency and the Account Services Team. - Willingness to do some travel to clients. - Blink has offices in Pittsburgh and Bellefonte, PA. Qualified applicant withing close proximity are strongly desired. Qualifications - Experience in client relationship management. - Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple projects and team members with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. - Lead meetings with confidence and clarity. - Project positivity and charisma internally and externally. - Ability to influence and manage others and create strong working relationships with team members and clients. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. - Understanding of advertising and marketing principles. - Must have the ability to read a room and react accordingly. - Strong analytical skills. - Be the expert in the room but know when to acquiesce to the client. - Knowledgeable in client industry categories. - Knowledgeable in the marketing and advertising industry, and the ability to track competitors and prospect relationships for potential opportunities. - Strong understanding of the advertising agency roles, services, functions and timelines for agency deliverables. - Strong work ethic, organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing. - Knowledge of marketing communications or integrated marketing. - Results oriented and self-motivated. - 4 years in an account service position with an understanding of media planning/buying/digital media. - Demonstrates proficiency in Google Drive and the ability to learn agency productivity and project management tools.
