Roles/Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase growth in the designated areas. Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Conduct needs assessments to provide suitable solutions. Engage in cold calling and field visits to reach potential clients. Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts. Meet or exceed sales targets and outcomes. Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and market opportunities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing sales or a similar role within the construction industry. Comprehensive knowledge of roofing systems and materials. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Effective prospecting and lead generation skills. Strong selling, negotiation, and communication abilities. Proficiency in creating and delivering audience-specific presentations. Excellent relationship management and feedback reception skills. Understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements. Familiarity with CRM practices and building productive business relationships. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
