Head of Sales - Retail Channels (Dermatology, SkinCare) Reporting to the CEO the Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the retail sales strategy, building and managing retail channel partnerships, and driving revenue growth across retail and distribution channels for Dermatology / SkinCare product lines. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Product Launch Management Develop and implement comprehensive retail channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals Create and execute business plans for retail expansion across various channels Establish and maintain relationships with key retail buyers and distribution partners Lead negotiations for retail partnerships, distribution agreements, and terms of trade Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches across retail channels Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create compelling launch strategies Orchestrate successful product launches with retail partners Create and execute business plans for retail expansion across various channels Partner with Marketing to develop channel-specific marketing and promotional calendars Oversee trade marketing initiatives and retail-specific promotional activities Drive retail merchandising strategies and in-store visibility programs Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across retail channels Create compelling retail storytelling and product education programs Forecast sales and develop annual budgets Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics Optimize inventory management across retail channels Implement systems and processes to track and improve sales effectiveness Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred 10 years of progressive sales experience in the skincare/dermatology/beauty/ industry 5 years in senior sales leadership role Proven track record of building and scaling retail sales organizations Demonstrated success in developing and managing relationships with major retailers Experience with both specialty beauty retail and mass market channels Profound understanding of dermatology/skincare/beauty/cosmetics retail landscape Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and category management Advanced negotiation and relationship-building capabilities Strong analytical and financial acumen Exceptional leadership and team development abilities
