Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated In-Market Sales Representatives to expand our presence in key markets across the country. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting prospects, booking meetings, demonstrating our vans and services, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to close new business. You will also be responsible for managing and updating CRM records to ensure accurate sales tracking and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting: Identify and visit potential customers within your assigned market to generate new leads. Meeting Bookings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and showcase how Kingbee Vans can support their business operations. Product Demos: Demonstrate the features and benefits of our work-ready rental vans to prospective customers. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently close deals and meet or exceed sales targets. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their van rental needs. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the company CRM system (Salesforce or similar). Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in your territory to drive effective sales strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive, logistics, or fleet management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals effectively. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads and manage customer relationships. Ability to travel within the assigned market for customer visits and meetings. Valid driver’s license. Compensation and Benefits: On-target earnings (OTE) of $145,000 Competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
