Compensation: Transition to a competitive 10% commission basis post-training. Earning Potential: $40,000 - $100,000 annually. Responsibilities: Sell Retail Roofing Services: Offer roof repairs and full replacements to homeowners. Work with Insurance: Assist customers in navigating insurance claims to get roofs fully replaced. Damage Assessment: Identify and assess roof damage, providing expert advice and solutions to customers. Customer Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with homeowners, guiding them through the process of protecting and restoring their roofs.
