About the job: Our client is looking for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team This role is key in supporting clients’ service needs, managing account changes, and maintaining high-quality service standards. In this position, you'll work closely with Producers and Account Executives, handling and processing both new and renewal commercial business accounts. DETAILS: Full-time Hybrid San Antonio, TX Salary: $65-75k Key Responsibilities: Accurately complete and submit new and renewal applications, proposals, and binders. Utilize rating programs for premium calculations and issuance on carrier websites. Prepare and distribute essential client documents like certificates, account summaries, and endorsements. Provide timely, effective responses to client and carrier requests and inquiries. Maintain up-to-date, accurate files and manage follow-up tasks, endorsements, and cancellations. Support agency goals by referring clients to other lines of business, attending seminars, and engaging in training. Qualifications: 2-4 years of commercial account management experience (Property & Casualty license preferred). Strong knowledge of rating, coverage, and insurance market operations. Exceptional PC and agency management system skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or CPCU/CIC designation is a plus.
