With locations across North America, our program is built to help you thrive. We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities in the staffing industry, setting the stage for our company’s continued growth. At Procom, we're passionate about developing the next generation of sales professionals, and that journey begins with you Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Research: Identify prospective leads using research tools like LinkedIn, social media, and CRM platforms. Outreach: Engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to spark new business opportunities. Lead Qualification: Understand prospects’ needs and challenges to match them with our solutions. Meeting Coordination: Set appointments and demos for Procom’s Account Managers. Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads generated by marketing initiatives. CRM Management: Accurately document all lead generation and outreach activities in the CRM system. Performance Tracking: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for leads, qualified opportunities, and scheduled meetings. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or marketing (internships are a plus). Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in cold calling and networking with new contacts. Ability to create win-win situations for both clients and the company. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Goal-oriented with a passion for learning and growing in sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with Bullhorn is a plus).
