Job Title: Regional Sales Representative - South Florida About Us: We are a leader in solar ventilation solutions, expanding our sales team to further our mission of reducing energy costs and adding value to homes. Our two product lines are trusted by roofing contractors, distributors, and homeowners nationwide, and they qualify for tax incentives covering up to 30% of product and installation costs. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to drive sales in South Florida, focusing on roofing contractors, HVAC companies, residential developers, and distribution partners. This remote role includes lead support, sales tools, and an uncapped commission structure. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Relationship Building: Engage roofing contractors, HVAC companies, and distributors to promote our solar-powered ventilation products through on-site visits, product demos, and relationship-building. Distributor Engagement: Connect contractors with distribution centers to streamline product access and support. Product Knowledge & Promotion: Educate clients on product benefits, including tax incentives and energy savings. Lead Management & CRM: Manage leads and sales activities using Copper CRM (transitioning to HubSpot) and coordinate calls through RingCentral. Market Expansion: Identify new customer segments in South Florida, maintaining an active pipeline. KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets for potential bonuses and uncapped commission. Compensation Package: Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission. Commission: Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential. Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses based on KPI and sales performance.
