Job Title: Vice President of Marketing, North America Location: Miami, FL (Onsite) Job Level: Executive Reports to: SVP, Marketing Strategy Job Summary: We’re seeking a visionary VP of Marketing (North America) to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our brand to new heights. This executive role is integral to enhancing our brand positioning, driving guest engagement, and spearheading impactful marketing campaigns across North America. If you are passionate about marketing, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a talent for creating compelling brand stories, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership : Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, set short- and long-term goals, and ensure impactful positioning within the North American market. Resource Allocation : Oversee and prioritize marketing projects, directing resources effectively to meet key objectives. Market Analysis : Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities. Collaborative Campaigns : Work closely with the direct marketing team, sales teams, and global shared services to build partnerships and execute initiatives that drive leads and strengthen brand engagement. Campaign Alignment : Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the broader brand strategy and communicate a consistent, compelling message across channels. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred. Experience : 15 years of experience in marketing or advertising, with at least 5 years in a VP role or higher. Skills : Proven ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies and manage a substantial marketing budget. Deep understanding of marketing to affluent markets and familiarity with high-impact brand strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a strong focus on strategic brand-building.
