Role Description We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at FitTea in Miami, FL. This full-time, on-site role will involve managing communication, providing sales support, planning events, and developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels—digital, retail, social media, and Amazon Seller Central. You will be a key player in driving brand growth by providing data-driven insights that will guide our marketing strategies and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities Campaign Development Design & Execute Campaigns : Develop and implement marketing campaigns that promote Fit Brands products across retail, web, and distribution channels. Collaborate with Creative Team : Work alongside the creative team to design impactful promotional materials (e.g., posters, online ads, social media content) to effectively engage our audience. Market Research Analyze Market Trends : Stay on top of current trends and consumer preferences to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. Competitor Analysis : Conduct competitive research to identify market opportunities and threats, keeping Fit Tea ahead of industry shifts. Digital Marketing Social Media Management : Oversee and grow FitTea's social media presence by managing accounts and creating engaging content to build brand awareness and foster a strong online community. Collaborate on Content Creation : Work closely with the content team and external influencers to create engaging and on-brand content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand messaging. Email Marketing : Lead the execution of email marketing campaigns and digital promotions designed to increase online sales and customer engagement. Manage Amazon Seller Central Store Marketing : Develop and execute marketing strategies for the FitTea Amazon storefront, including optimizing product listings, running Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns, and managing promotions. Monitor and optimize Amazon advertising performance (ACoS, CTR, conversion rates) to maximize sales and profitability. Manage Amazon’s Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Prime Day promotions to increase visibility and drive conversions. Retail Strategy Collaborate with Retail Partners : Work closely with retail partners to create in-store promotions, product displays, and campaigns that drive foot traffic and attract customers. Sales Tracking & Strategy Adjustment : Monitor sales performance in retail locations and optimize strategies to meet targets. Analytics and Reporting Monitor Campaigns : Track the performance of all marketing campaigns, including sales data and consumer feedback, to measure success and identify areas for optimization. Use Data to Refine Strategy : Leverage insights from analytics to refine ongoing campaigns and optimize marketing spend for maximum impact and ROI. Skills Needed Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Creativity : Ability to generate innovative and engaging marketing ideas, materials, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Analytical Skills : Expertise in analyzing marketing data and using insights to inform strategic decisions. Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, email platform reports). Project Management : Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines simultaneously. Digital Tools Proficiency : Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo. omni send, and postscript), and analytics tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field. Sales & Event Planning experience is a plus. Proven Project Management Skills, with experience leading multiple projects at once. Detail-Oriented with a passion for precision and quality in execution. Goals for the Role Increase Brand Awareness & Market Share : Build and promote the FitTea brand in the beverage and wellness industry, ensuring we expand our reach and increase recognition in both digital and retail spaces. Drive Sales Across Channels : Leverage both short-term promotional campaigns and long-term strategies to boost sales across digital, retail, and distribution channels, including Amazon. Foster Brand Loyalty : Implement strategies that encourage repeat purchases, customer engagement, and brand advocacy.
