Job Description: The Executive Assistant will ensure that PWA excels in its focus areas each and every day. This position provides vital operational support to the CEO, CFO, and Managing Director, and plays an integral part in the firm’s concierge wealth management experience. The ideal Executive Assistant will guarantee that PWA provides the best possible experience to our clients and will help accomplish an array of critical functions within Client Services. Job Duties include but are not limited to: ● Orchestrate the concierge services that our clients enjoy as part of their relationship with the firm; you’ll be working with professional athletes and high-net-worth individuals. ● Build and sustain strong relationships with our clients and vendors, showcasing the level of customer service and partnership that PWA proudly cherishes. ● Help our clients with the problems they face directly or serve as a broker between them and third-parties when remedying their issues. ● Assist the firm with client service requests and general needs, offering support to those who need it by being collaborative and creative. At PWA, we believe most technical requirements for most positions are items that can be learned overtime, hence we place a lot of emphasis on the character and potential of our applicants. These are the traits and desires that we are most interested in discovering: ● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or similar field ● Two-to-three years of experience in the financial services or wealth management industry ● A desire to build and grow with us. We’re a small shop, but we’re growing fast, and want to find someone who wants to build this company alongside us. This position could evolve into anything – we’re open to possibilities and potential ● Professionalism.
