Facilities Engineering Coordinator

Facilities Engineering Coordinator Responsibilities : Provide Vendor oversight and coordination. Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relationship between all sites which includes driving between locations to meet vendors for repair or picking up supplies. Will not self-perform repairs but will be responsible for coordinating with appropriate vendors. Provide a high level of customer service Ability to work occasional weekends and evening in emergency situations. Qualifications : Ideal candidate has both technical acumen and exceptional customer service skills 2 years’ experience in property management or facilities management. Excellent communication skills Has a strong sense of urgency Technical abilities include: basic understanding of general building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
