Job Title : Supply Chain Manager Location : West Palm Beach, FL – Hybrid Salary : Up to $130K (USD) benefits Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager with advanced expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management within Finance & Operations (F&O) to lead their supply chain operations. This role is central to overseeing procurement, production planning, logistics, and supplier management for their manufacturing facility. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in discrete manufacturing environments, such as automotive, aerospace, defense, or industrial machinery , and possess strong skills in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) , Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) , and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) . Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, supported by data insights from Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (F&O). Manage creation and updates of Bills of Materials (BOMs) , establish work orders with or without Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Create and manage replenishment orders to maintain safe stock levels of raw materials, accessories, and supplies. Plan for the supply of raw materials, accessory needs, production line capacity, and overall forecasts to meet production goals. Oversee procurement processes, including vendor agreements, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with production requirements. Regularly report on budgets and provide detailed cost breakdowns for production and procurement activities. Work closely with production teams to coordinate schedules and support efficient operations. Leverage Dynamics 365 F&O to enhance inventory, capacity, and logistics planning. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain operations and achieve cost savings. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, especially within the firearms industry. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management within a discrete manufacturing environment; experience in the firearms, automotive, aerospace, or defense industry is highly valued. Proficiency with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management in F&O is mandatory . Expertise in Machine Shop Floor Operations , MES , PLM , and WMS . Proven experience in BOM creation, work order management, and replenishment planning. Strong budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting skills specific to production activities. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Preferred certifications: MB-300, MB-330, MB-335, MB-700. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across production, engineering, quality, and sales teams.
