Sr. Project Manager/ Sr. Estimator Are you a Project Manager or Estimator with experience at self performing contractors that do work in excavation, highway construction, wet utilities, grading, paving, etc.? You will manage a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers and associated field management as well as subcontractors and the owner/representatives. The position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to: Pre-construction, project set-up, cost control, scheduling, full P&L responsibility, risk analysis, safety and complete project oversight. Needed Experience: 10 years’ experience in Heavy Highway/Heavy Civil construction BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relatable degree Proven experience in managing projects from cradle to grave over $50M in value Experience in managing self-perform forces in excavation, underground utilities, roadway, paving, etc. Experience using all or some of the following software: HCSS, BlueBeam, P6, Agtek, Bid2Win, Tremble, etc.
