Activation Project Manager At CSI, our people make all the difference. As our work in the healthcare industry continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for an Activation Project Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, planning, and overseeing the delivery of complex strategic projects at healthcare systems nationwide. The Activation Project Manager works collaboratively with multiple internal, client, and consultant teams to ensure our clients arrive at their projects with confidence. This person will be excellent at running multiple projects concurrently, developing cross-functional teams, creating and implementing process improvements, and leveraging internal and external relationships to successfully complete projects on time. Be a part of our award-winning corporate culture and work with some of the nation’s premier healthcare systems by joining the CSI Team in this exciting new role Job duties include, but are not limited to: Work with the Healthcare IT division leadership and healthcare organization clients to implement project strategies and achieve project results and preparedness. Lead and execute project initiatives for assigned healthcare hospitals and clinics across the US. Monitor, evaluate, and report on project status inclusive of scope, schedule, budget, and alignment to program and strategic goals. Develop and lead EMR Activation, Training and Abstraction projects. Lead meetings with project teams throughout the project lifecycle to assist with tasks and process improvements. Engage in projects involving healthcare systems, complex academic medical centers, community-based hospitals, small clinic rollouts, and independent physician groups. Coordinate and direct large-scale issues to appropriate teams during the implementation process. Gather client-specific workflow processes and training materials and deliver proposals and/or presentations. Assist with responses to RFP’s, and coordinate budget information and content. Provide advisory services across HCIT service lines. Direct corrective action as needed to maintain the viability of a project. Develop and maintain positive, collaborative customer relationships. Deliver presentations of project status to ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Adhere to CSI project management methods, project lifecycle methodologies, and audit requirements. Other duties as assigned or requested. This role reports to the Director, of Activations with a dotted line to the Abstraction and Training service line owners. Qualifications: 5 years of relevant Project Management experience. Familiarity with Epic methodology and tools, certifications, and Epic Industry training required. PMP and/or LEAN certification is strongly preferred. Clinical background strongly preferred Experience with various project methodologies and certifications such as SCRUM and Agile strongly preferred. Healthcare operations experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Experience with customer relationship management. Strong presentation skills. Experience with conflict resolution. Outstanding networking and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Detail-oriented with a laser focus on producing quality results/deliverables.
