Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,081 per week

Certification Details BLS Certification required. Nursys License required. License/Certificate Verification must be current and verified within 30 days prior to start of assignment. Ascension Color Vision test required. Ascension Core Competencies checklist/testing mandatory. Ascension EKG Exam with a score of 90% or higher. Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation needed. Ascension Nova StatStrip credentials required. Ascension Specialty Exam mandatory. MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, and Tdap vaccinations required. 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) testing required. Job Details RN Medical/Surgical position available. EOW, EOH; Telemetry background required. At least 1.5 yrs of med/surg experience. EPIC experience necessary. No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short ( May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. Schedule Information Contract length: 13 weeks. Additional Details Must be AHA. Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here. Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
