Providers will be onsite for 8hrs and can continue call offsite Call Schedule / Responsibilities – 24hr call rotation Inpatient and Outpatient ; Adults and Geriatrics Avg PPD: 12-14 Beds: inpatient 25 What specific procedures are required? – none requested EMR – EPIC, and provider must be proficient Travel Lodging: Preferred hotels; Air Travel: Local, preferred but not required Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 60 days, no temps Credentialing with other facilities? Yes Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?
