About half male/female with multiple comorbidities, such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, chf, etc Required Procedures: N/A EMR: Cerner Patients per Day: Other providers seeing 12-18 a day depending upon complexity (includes new patients) Support Staff: MA's, MOR's, APP (one in clinic) and RN assigned to clinic Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels; Air Travel: Local, preferred but not required Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 2-3 months Credentialing with other facilities? Yes Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?
