Trauma Level: IV Bed count: 25 Surgery: Scheduled M-F. Emergent: 7 days/week 24/7 Call: 24/7/365 Call response time: 20 mins Average daily census: 15 Average number GS patients per 24 hrs of call: 0-5 Required Procedures: Abdominal Endoscopy Liver Stomach Gallbladders Appendix Colon Laparoscopy Spleen Preferred: Pediatrics Thyroid Pulmonary Vascular Not required: Amputations Csections Hysts Respirator Care Requirements: Active Unrestricted ND license Board Certified; Will accept BE within 3 years of US residency training Other Certifications – ACLS and ND DEA Privileging ead time: 30 days.
