About the Team/Role We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce DevOps Engineer/Technical Lead to join our team and play a crucial role in optimizing our Salesforce development lifecycle. You will be responsible for implementing and managing the tools and processes that enable rapid and reliable delivery of Salesforce solutions. This includes automating deployments, managing releases, and ensuring the quality and stability of our Salesforce and Mulesoft environments. How you'll make an impact CI/CD Implementation: Design and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Github Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Copado. Automate build, test, and deployment processes to accelerate release cycles and reduce manual effort. Configure and maintain automated testing frameworks for unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing. Release Management: Manage the release process for Salesforce deployments, coordinating with developers, testers, and stakeholders. Develop and enforce branching strategies, version control practices, and code quality standards. Track and manage releases across different Salesforce environments (sandboxes, staging, production). Environment Management: Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, including sandboxes, staging, and production. Implement and manage tools for environment monitoring, performance optimization, and issue resolution. Ensure the stability, security, and availability of Salesforce environments. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient Salesforce deployments. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team on DevOps best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues and environment-related problems. Experience you'll bring Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on Salesforce. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Copado. Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and best practices. Experience with Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components) is a plus. Strong scripting skills for automation tasks. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies. Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
