Receptionist Location: West Los Angeles, CA 90025 Employment Type: Full-time, On-Site Position Overview: We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in West LA As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, and supporting the broader team. This position is a fantastic opportunity to grow within the company, as we often promote from within-our receptionists typically move up within a year Key Responsibilities: Phone Management: Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently. Document Management: Scan, organize, and manage important documents. Invoice & Billing Support: Download, code, and process invoices, primarily from vendors like Home Depot and utility providers. Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail as needed. Additional Support: Assist with various administrative tasks and step in for team members as needed. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Punctual, dependable, and adaptable to new responsibilities. Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus. Salary and Benefits: Hourly Rate: $20-$21 per hour Benefits Package: 401(k) with employer matching up to 5% Health insurance (50% company-paid) 2 weeks of paid vacation per year (after a 90-day probationary period) Work Environment: Team-Oriented: Join a supportive team of 32, where everyone pitches in to help.
