Title: Project Manager - Team Manager (PMO Supervisor) General Summary of Position: The PM Team Manager position will play a pivotal role in helping drive the strategic vision of the Project Management organization at Granite Telecommunications. This individual will lead a team of Project Managers in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of client deployments. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management expertise to enhance our project delivery capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Project Management team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Project Oversight: Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and drive accountability. Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and refine project management methodologies, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Champion best practices in project management and promote a standardized approach across the organization. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives. Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing transparent updates and addressing any concerns. Resource Allocation & Risk Management: Oversee resource allocation across projects, ensuring optimal utilization of talent and tools. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting project progress, risks, and resource needs. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and integrate findings into future projects. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field. 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, Six Sigma, Agile certifications desired. Telecommunications background preferred. Experience with SD-WAN, DIA, Broadband, VOIP.
