Job Title: Data Product Owner Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Job Description: Data Product Owner to design, develop and deliver quality data products as needed by the Supply chain projects. Primary focus is on providing clear business requirements, through a well refined backlog of all work that ensures the team is working on what delivers the most value Exposure to Data remediation projects will be helpful Deep understanding of S&OP, Logistics, Supply chain networks, or Materials management is preferred. Responsibilities 1 Collaborate with others to help define product vision data requirements product roadmap and desired outcomes ties to project needs 2 Sets priority for the backlog of various project tracks aligned to the product vision and roadmap 3 Decomposes features into user stories that deliver incremental value for end users making sure items are clear and ready to be worked 4 Works with development teams to estimate the work effort and provides input for program prioritization 5 Partners with Business Owners to identify, prioritize and finalize the design of data products 6 Partners with Data Architects to ensure solutions adhere to modern standards 7 Partners with Product Managers to develop the product roadmap release plans and aligns team level constraints with program level expectations 8 Accountable for overall delivery of product solutions Core Job Competencies 1 Position requires proficiency in the area of supply chain, exposure to data analytics programs 2 Ability to gather business requirements from supply chain SMEs and able to connect the dots in a complex global supply chain landscape 3 Ability to coordinate activities and idea generation across diverse group of stakeholders 4 Ability to translate higher level vision strategy to a plan 5 Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to varies audiences in particular complex solutions to noon technical audience Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”): Benefits and Perks: • Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision • Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage • 401(k) Plan with Company match • Life Insurance • Vacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays • Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
