Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching to directly hire a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including picking and packing, receiving, assembly and production, inventory, and quality control. While supervising our team of 5-7 warehouse personnel. Job Duties: Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving and storage, order fulfillment, logistics, production and assembly, inventory and quality control. Lead a team of 5-7 warehouse personnel, manage the flow and quality of work and materials, and ensure the warehouse operates efficiently. Oversee picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and complete customer satisfaction. Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, quality assurance, distribution, space management, and floor productivity. Keep track of all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure inventory accuracy, and monitor inventory levels using WMS and ERP systems. Oversee production and light assembly operations, including plastic sheet cutting, product kitting, counting, and packaging. Supervise and train warehouse staff on the safe and effective operation of all production and warehouse equipment and processes. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Mentor, guide, and train warehouse personnel on best practices and daily operations. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products received and sent out meet the highest quality standards. Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to identify areas for improvement. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and drive Continuous Improvement (CI). Ensure compliance with all current state and federal safety regulations, and maintain a safe and clean working environment. Manage the maintenance of warehouse and production equipment, and vehicles. Qualifications: Trade School Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience working in a small or medium-sized warehouse, including shipping and receiving, material handling, inventory management, and light assembly. 2-3 years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles in a warehouse environment. Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel. Experience with ERP and WMS systems. Experience with NetSuite is a plus. Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including writing, speaking and active listening. Enthusiastic leader with a can-do attitude who enjoys getting hands-on. Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing work environment. Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive Continuous Improvement (CI). Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing is desired.
